John has over 25 years experience in the property and construction industry with a particular focus on property development. After completing a Bachelor of Building at UNSW John worked in construction project management for a number of mid to large construction companies. From 2000 John worked with private and public companies to develop large format retail, retail, industrial, commercial developments and land rezoning.
Vantage Property was founded in 2009 with an initial focus on land rezoning, this evolved into a focus on residential land development. John’s key responsibilities at Vantage include opportunity identification, land acquisition, financial management, marketing and sales.
Having completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at UTS Denis has amassed over 25 years experience in the property and construction industry working in civil and construction project management on major residential, industrial, commercial and retail projects.
Prior to Vantage Property Denis worked with a large listed property company specialising in design development and authority approvals for major projects specialising in large residential land rezoning. Denis’ key responsibilities at Vantage include opportunity identification, land acquisition, design development, value engineering and project delivery.
